Sec. 120.510A. - Compliance with the Internal Revenue Code. The GEDC plan shall at all times be maintained as a qualified plan in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Internal Revenue Code. Contributions shall not exceed the maximum amount permitted under Section 415 of the Internal Revenue Code. Section 120.104 of the Ordinance Code, to the extent applicable, is incorporated by reference. (Ord. 2017-258-E, § 1)
