SEC. 36-39. APPARATUS WITH EXPOSED PARTS. No switch, lamp, motor, dynamo or other conductor having exposed uninsulated parts shall be erected or maintained where any person unacquainted with the dangers of the same could easily come in contact therewith. (Code 1941, Art. 105-30)
