§ 7-419. Penalties: $1,000 and $100/day. Any person who violates any provision of this subtitle or of a rule or regulation adopted under this subtitle is guilty of a misdemeanor and, on conviction, is subject to a fine of not more than $1,000 for each offense, plus $100 for each day that the offense continues.
