6.75.100 - Notification of change in ownership. The operator must notify the Director of any change in property ownership or management or any other material change in the information described in the license application and set forth in LVMC 6.75.040. The notification must be made within fifteen days after the change has occurred. The Director may require a new application if the changes warrant a new application. (Ord. No. 6357, § 1, 10-1-14)
