Noonan, Jr. Playground, Borough of Queens Be it enacted by the Council as follows: Section 1. The following playground name is hereby designated as hereafter indicated. New Name Present Name Limits L/CPL Thomas P. Noonan, Jr. Playground None an existing playground found within Thomson Hill Park located at Greenpoint Avenue, 42nd Street, 47th Avenue and 43rd Street § 2. This local law shall take effect immediately.
