Articles of incorporation; filing; recordation; fees The articles of incorporation of the association shall be filed with the public regulation commission [secretary of state] together with a fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) and shall be recorded with the county clerk of the county where the principal office of the association is located for a fee of one dollar ($1.00).
