Oklahoma City Municipal Code § 57-71 Required.

§ 57-71. - Required. (a) No person shall drill a water well without a permit issued by the City. (b) Any person desiring to use the water derived from any well for any use other than to benefit the land upon which the well is located or for domestic or industrial purposes thereon shall, before commencing to make any other use of the water, obtain a permit from the City Council. Oklahoma City Municipal Code § 57-72 Application.

§ 57-72. - Application. (a) Any person desiring a permit to drill a water well shall make a written application to the Utilities Director and shall give the location of the proposed well by street address and lot, block and addition, and also the name of the owner of the premises. (b) Any person desiring a permit to use the water derived from any well for any use other than to benefit the land upon which the well is located or for domestic or industrial purposes thereon shall apply in writing to the City Council for a permit and set forth the use intended to be made of the water and also the data required for a drilling permit. Oklahoma City Municipal Code § 57-73 Fee.

§ 57-73. - Fee. A person making application for a permit required by the provisions of this division shall pay to the City Treasurer the fee established in Chapter 60, the General Schedule of Fees. (Code 1980, § 57-73)
