Sec. 34-16. - Supplying below standard water to another. It shall be unlawful for any person to supply another any water to drink or for domestic purposes, which does not comply with the public health service drinking water standards and the standards set by the state water development board pursuant to V.T.C.A., Water Code, § 26.023.
