4309.04 - Process. The Director shall promulgate rules and regulations pertaining to the preparation of a Traffic Impact Study and a Traffic Access Study. The proposed rules and regulations shall be promulgated by filing the same with the City Clerk for publication in the City Bulletin pursuant to Section 121.05 of Columbus City Codes. (Ord.
