SEC. 62.87. HOUSE MOVER - MUST PAY LICENSE. No permit shall be issued to any house mover pursuant to the terms of Sections 62.84 to 62.93 inclusive, unless such house mover shall have taken out the necessary license as provided for in Chapter II Article 1 of this Code.
