No. 1001 By Council Members Spigner (by request of the Mayor) and Gerges, Leffler and Povman (Passed under a message of necessity from the Mayor) A Local Law to amend the administrative code of the city of New York, in relation to an exemption from real property taxation for certain water-works corporations Be it enacted by the Council as follows: * * * [Consolidated provisions are not included in this Appendix A] * * * § 2. This local law shall take effect upon the effective date of a state law authorizing such exemption and shall be applicable to assessment rolls prepared in connection with fiscal years commencing on or after July first, nineteen hundred eighty-five.
