Sec. 6-44-107. - Limitation of service due to weather conditions. Entertainment transportation vehicles shall not receive passengers when weather conditions are sufficiently adverse or inclement so as to endanger passengers or the public. The MTC, by rule, may adopt specific guidelines for the operation of entertainment transportation vehicles in inclement weather conditions. (Ord. No. 5861, 4-9-2024)
