§ 30-33. - Unlawful possession of or trespass on City property. No person shall unlawfully take possession of any property, real or personal, belonging to the City, or which the City shall be entitled to possess or commit any willful trespass thereon, or unlawfully withhold possession from the City. The unlawful withholding or possession of any property mentioned shall be deemed a separate and new offense for every day the possession is withheld after the demand.
