10-36-160 City playgrounds - Inspection. The department of building services shall inspect such city owned, operated or maintained playground equipment and surfaces at least annually, keep records of such inspections, and promptly cause the removal, repair or replacement of any broken or unsafe equipment or damaged or worn out surfacing material.
