Sec. 32-201. - Creation; composition; appointment of members. There is hereby created the Houston Parks Board LGC, Inc., a local government corporation of the City of Houston, hereinafter called "the parks board," which shall consist of 20 members who shall be appointed by the mayor, subject to confirmation by the city council.
