15.88.280 Modification of approved plans. Any modifications of an approved final plan shall be submitted in writing to the director, who shall approve or deny such modification in his or her sole discretion. All necessary soils and geological information and design details shall accompany any proposed modification. Any modification shall be compatible with all subdivision map or land use requirements.
