Sec. 9-363. - Change, reversion or resumption of nonconforming use. (a) A nonconforming use may not be changed in whole or in part to another nonconforming use. (b) A nonconforming use that is changed to a conforming use may not thereafter revert to a nonconforming use. (c) A nonconforming use, when discontinued for any reason, shall not be resumed. (Ord.
