Sec. 37-65. - Making a record of hearing. The city secretary shall make a record of a hearing as required by section 2-67 of this Code. The mayor or director may also retain a court reporter to transcribe the hearing upon request from the public utility. The cost of such transcription shall be borne by the public utility. (Ord.
