Sec. 801-203. - Application contents. (a) All applications for licenses shall contain the following information: (1) The applicant's name and business address; (2) The name and address of all persons who have a financial interest in the business; (3) The name in which, and address where, the business will be conducted; and (4) Any other information specifically required by following chapters of this title, or deemed necessary by the license administrator. (b) All applications shall be signed personally by the applicant, and if the applicant is not a natural person, then by an authorized representative of the applicant.
