Baltimore City Code, Article 19, § 29-4 Outside riding.

§ 29-4. Outside riding. (a) Prohibited conduct. It is unlawful for any person to ride on a bumper, fender, or any exterior portion of any public passenger motor bus or other common carrier. (b) Penalties. Any person violating the provisions of this section is guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof shall be subject to a fine not exceeding $10. (Ord. 70-927.)
