11.57.010 - Definitions. For purposes of this Chapter: "Metro" means the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department. "Motorized racing event" mean a race involving motorized vehicles that is held: (1) Pursuant to a written agreement between the sponsor or promoter and the City; and (2) Under the auspices or with the approval of a statewide, national or international organization that regularly engages in the governance, supervision or sanctioning of such events.
