Sec. 441-369. - Violations; penalties. The use by any person of any street or boulevard excluded or restricted from such use; or the use of any street or boulevard without having and exhibiting a permit for the operation thereon of any vehicle required by this division to have and exhibit a permit for such use; shall constitute a violation of this division, and each occasion of any such use shall constitute a separate offense and be subject to the general penalty for violations of this Code.
