13.40.120 - Legal action—Costs. Subsequent to the completion of the work, the Director of Public Works shall forward to the permittee a statement of the costs incurred by the City in connection with the remedial action and informing the permittee that failure to pay the amount stated therein within thirty days from the date of the statement shall result in action taken against the bond of the permittee.
