Oklahoma City Municipal Code § 31-206 Sewer connections generally.

§ 31-206. - Sewer connections generally. Each mobile home space shall be provided with at least a three-inch sewer connection at least four inches above the surface of the ground. The sewer connection shall be fitted with a standard ferrule and close nipple and provided with a screw cap. Connection between the mobile home drain and the sewer shall be watertight and self-draining. Mobile homes with fixtures from which backsiphonage may occur shall not be connected to the park's water system until the defect has been corrected. (Code 1970, § 9-394; Code 1980, § 31-166)

Oklahoma City Municipal Code § 31-207 Connections to public sewers.

§ 31-207. - Connections to public sewers. In the event that a public sewer system is available or becomes available within 300 feet of a mobile home or travel trailer park, or mixed mobile home and travel trailer park, connection must be made to the public system within 180 days, provided that necessary right-of-way can be obtained. Oklahoma City Municipal Code § 31-208 Private sewage treatment facilities.

§ 31-208. - Private sewage treatment facilities. The design of private sewage treatment facilities shall be based on the maximum capacity of the park. Effluents from sewage treatment facilities shall not be discharged into the watershed of any municipal reservoir, or into any other waters of the State. The disposal facilities shall be located where they will not create a nuisance or health hazard to the mobile home park or to the owner or occupants of any adjacent property. The Health Officer shall approve the type of treatment proposed and the location and design of any disposal facilities and sewer systems prior to construction. Oklahoma City Municipal Code § 31-209 Use of park sewer system required.

§ 31-209. - Use of park sewer system required. Every mobile home occupying a mobile home park space shall tie into the park sewerage system and shall dump any accumulated waste into the system. Every travel trailer shall dump accumulated waste into a receptacle provided in the travel trailer park upon entering and upon leaving the park. Such receptacles shall be approved by the Health Officer. Any other dumping of accumulated waste is prohibited. (Code 1970, § 9-397; Code 1980, § 31-169)

Oklahoma City Municipal Code § 31-210 Sewer connections for travel trailer spaces.

§ 31-210. - Sewer connections for travel trailer spaces. Sewer connections shall be made to travel trailer spaces where specified on the plans. These connections shall be subject to the same requirements as mobile home space sewer connections. (Code 1970, § 9-399; Code 1980, § 31-170)
