Sec. 561-101. - Purpose. The purpose of this chapter is to protect the safety, health and general welfare of the citizens of the Consolidated City of Indianapolis, Marion County by requiring compliance with standards and practices which result in proper stormwater drainage and sediment control during and after the accomplishment of land alterations.
