Persons engaged in ground or air operations or otherwise on the premises of Charlotte/Douglas International Airport (referred to in this chapter as the "airport") for any reason shall obey all applicable state, federal, and local statutes, ordinances, and regulations, including Federal Aviation Administration regulations.
