Baltimore City Code, Article 32, § 5-702
in effect§ 5-702. Nature of permit.
A use permit is a document issued for a structure or land that states that the use or occupancy of the structure or land:
(1) complies with the provisions of this Code; and
(2) is the authorized use for that structure or land.
