§ 10-19. - Preservation of airport property. (a) Alterations and excavations. No person shall alter, add to, or erect any building or sign or make any excavation within the boundary of any airport in the Department unless authorized to do so under valid contract or by written permission of the Director. (b) Tampering with or unauthorized removal of property prohibited. No person shall destroy, deface, damage, remove, change or tamper with any sign, marker, equipment, structure, tree, flower or lawn at any airport within the Department.
