Sec. 43-10. - Landlord/tenant. The terms of this chapter shall not be construed to alter the terms of any lease or other agreement between landlord and tenant relating to property that is subject to this chapter; provided, however, that no lease or other agreement between landlord and tenant relating to property that is subject to this chapter shall be construed to excuse compliance by any person with this chapter or any applicable state or federal law, rule or regulation regarding pool safety.
