§ 52-183. - Term of tax levy; tax payable quarterly; disposition. The tax levied under Section 52-181 of this article is hereby levied for a term of one year from December 21, 1984, and so long thereafter until repealed by the Council. Said tax shall be payable quarterly and shall be placed in the general revenue of the City. (Ord. No. 17958, § 1(14-95), 12-18-84; Code 1980, § 52-118)
