§84.1604 Establishment of Golf Cart Zone (a) The City Manager shall establish a zone within one (1) mile of the boundaries of the Rancho Bernardo Golf Courses within which unregistered golf carts may be operated except that: (b) The City Manager shall determine which streets shall not be included within this division because operation of unregistered golf carts would not be consistent with public safety. (c) The City Manager’s designation of the limits of the Golf Cart Zone and excepted streets shall be conclusive. (Amended 2–22–1978 by O–12300 N.S.)
