(a) Prior to the commencement of the special event, the license administrator shall issue limited duration licenses to cart vendors meeting the requirements of this article.
(b) Throughout the duration of the special event, each cart vendor shall display the limited duration license on the cart in public view as a means of identification, and post a list of the cart vendor's prices.
(c) It shall be unlawful for any cart vendor to fail to display the limited duration license, or to charge prices in excess of the posted prices, as required by this section. Each day a violation of this section continues shall constitute a separate offense, and shall be punishable as provided by section 103-3 of this Code.
