Sec. 361-412. - Containers exempt from provisions of this article. No section of this article and no regulation made pursuant to section 361-104 in furtherance of the purposes and provisions of this article shall be construed to regulate the containers used in the collection of refuse, waste or garbage which containers are regulated under Chapter 601 of this Code.
