11.39.070 - Council authority over Commission actions. There is reserved to the City Council the power to reverse, modify or confirm any action of the Traffic and Parking Commission under this Chapter if any member of the City Council makes a request to review the decision to the Secretary of the Traffic and Parking Commission within fourteen days of the date of the decision of the Traffic and Parking Commission. If any member of the City Council makes such a request, the matter shall be placed on the agenda for the next meeting of the City Council and the decision of the Traffic and Parking Commission shall be stayed until the City Council has acted on the matter.
