387.111. Compensation for guardians, limited guardians, and conservators -- Reimbursement for expenses Guardians, limited guardians, and conservators shall receive reasonable compensation for services rendered and reimbursement for reasonable and necessary expenses incurred in the exercise of their assigned duties and powers, including reimbursement for room, board, and clothing personally provided to the ward and shall not exceed that provided for in KRS 387.760. The compensation and reimbursement shall be paid from the estate of the ward. Effective: July 15, 2010 History: Amended 2010 Ky. Acts ch. 28, sec. 19, effective July 15, 2010. -- Amended 2008 Ky.
