§ 29-100. - Consecutive absences. A member of the Mechanical Code Review and Appeals Commission shall be considered to have resigned if he/she fails to attend three consecutive meetings unless the other members of the Commission notify the Mayor in writing that they believe the member to have been absent for a good cause and recommend that his appointment be continued.
