3.154.110 Investment of proceeds. In connection with, or incidental to, the issuing or carrying of bonds, the city treasurer may, on the city's behalf, enter into investment agreements, forward-purchase agreements, and other investments relating to the investment of amounts held according to an issuing instrument.
