Sec. 1069. - Same—Amount of retirement salary. Any such person who shall be so retired as president by such board of education shall be paid by such board of education in monthly installments for and during the remainder of the life of such person an annual sum of money the amount of which shall be fixed and determined by the Board of Commissioners or other governing body of such cities or taxing districts by resolution duly adopted and spread on the minutes of such governing body.
