§ 43-100. - Violations and penalties. (a) Violations. Any person failing to comply with the provisions of this article shall be deemed in violation hereof and shall be subject to the penalty provided herein. (b) Penalty. Any violation of this article shall be a class "a" offense. Every day that a violation exists shall constitute a separate violation and shall be subject to the full penalties contained herein.
