10.54.040 - Penalty. Any person who violates Sections 10.54.010, 10.54.015 or 10.54.020 of this Chapter shall be subject to a fine of not more than three hundred dollars for the first offense, a fine of not more than six hundred dollars for the second offense, and a fine of not more than one thousand dollars for three or more offenses.
