§ 20-706 Permitted practices. The provisions of this subchapter shall be construed so as to supplement the rules, regulations, and decisions of the federal trade commission and the courts interpreting 15 U.S.C. § 45(a)(1), but the provisions of this subchapter shall in no instance be interpreted in a manner inconsistent with the rules, regulations and decisions of the federal trade commission and the courts interpreting 15 U.S.C. § 45(a)(1).
