§ 15-13-63 - SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE FOR DISTRICT-SCALE SYSTEMS. (A) A permittee shall conduct periodic inspections of all facilities to monitor and ensure compliance with conditions of the permit.
