§ 2B-14. Meetings; quorum; voting. (a) Meetings. The Board meets on the call of the Chair as frequently as required to perform its duties. (b) Quorum. A majority of the members constitutes a quorum for the transaction of business. (c) Voting. An affirmative vote of at least a majority of a quorum is needed for any official action.
