in effect14.24.040 - Terminal rentals.
A. Any regularly scheduled service airline (Part 121 and Part 135) operating from the terminal must sign a signatory or non-signatory agreement. Terminal rental fees shall be determined per the rates and charges document for that fiscal year or on a per diem basis.
B. Non-signatory operators, or airline operators with irregular or seasonal operations, within the terminal shall pay the non-signatory rate as determined by the rates and charges document for that fiscal year.
