§ 5-2. Penalties. Any person, firm, or corporation violating the provisions of this subtitle shall be fined not less than $100 nor more than $500 or imprisoned for not more than 6 months or shall be both fined and imprisoned, as aforesaid, in the discretion of the Court. (Ord. 19-034.)
