Sec. 692.401. - Conduct of bingo or lease of premises for bingo without license unlawful. It shall be unlawful for a person or organization to conduct bingo or to lease or rent premises for the conduct of bingo unless the person or organization shall have a currently valid license of the proper classification therefor under this Chapter, which license shall not be under suspension or permanently or conditionally revoked.
