Sec. 804.1308. - Civil penalty. It shall be a violation of the Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act as specified in F.S. § 501.203, to violate any provision of Chapter 804, Part 13. A civil penalty may be assessed by the Court up to $10,000, giving due consideration to the appropriateness of the penalty with respect to the gravity of the violation, the good faith of the violator and the history of previous violations.
