Sec. 12-16-4. - East and West prefixes. Thoroughfares abutting or intersecting Florida Street or Meridian A, as defined in section 12-20-2, shall carry the prefix "East," if lying east of this meridian, and the prefix "West," if lying west of this meridian. (Code 1967, § 36-64; Code 1985, § 34-79)
