Flammable liquids.
El Paso City Code § 12.04.100
in effect12.04.100 - Flammable liquids.
"Flammable liquids" is defined the same as it is defined in the provisions of this code regulating the installation and operation of refineries and wholesale or bulk oil stations handling flammable liquids within the city, and shall include all class 1, 2 and 3 liquids and all liquefied petroleum gases.
