14.18.110 - NPDES permits—Required. Any person who is required by the Act to obtain an NPDES permit for stormwater associated with industrial activity or an NPDES permit for stormwater associated with construction activity shall obtain such permit within the time allowed by the Act. Proof of having obtained such permit may be required in a form acceptable to the Director. (Ord. 6006 § 12, 2008)
